Our Swim Lesson Graduate

We've had Karson in a swim class for the past 6 weeks. He was so excited for it to start. The first practice went well and he was loving it.

He loved it until he had to do a back swim. Let's just say he didn't want to go on his back and was scared to death.

The coaches were amazing, and cured all of his fears. By the 3rd practice he was doing the back swim and going under water diving for rings.

I am thrilled with the results. He's not an expert swimmer yet, but he came really far with this set of lessons.

We are taking a 4 week break, and then headed back for another 6 weeks of lessons.

He has made lots of new friends, learned to swim on his belly & back, float on his back, go under water, and scoop while swimming to keep himself above water. I am so thrilled for him. But more than anything, he is more confident in the water and that's what makes me the most excited!

We are so thankful for how well he faced his fears and didn't give up on that back swim. We are so proud of him and his brother for being patient each lesson.

We celebrated the end of this set of lessons by getting in the hot tub after lessons and the vortex pool. The boys loved it!
