Rainy days, Animals, and Walks

We have had a lot of rain here the past few days. Our garden is growing like crazy, and so are these boys! However, they are OUTSIDE boys and so rainy days are no fun for them or for this momma. We have been having a change of pace and watching a few movies on Netflix. Nana & Papaw let us use their air mattress to watch movies on since hardwood floors aren't that comfy.

Kipton recently found a Pluto dog at Nana's and hasn't let go of it since. He is so cute holding it around and calling it "little fella" which is what he calls one of our dogs Bailey.

He has a heart for animals, and turns on this sweet sounding voice when he talks to them. It's pretty funny!

Here he is with a baby goat at the petting zoo that we visited today. He just rubbed and loved on her forever. I think Kipton AND daddy wanted to take her home. She was the sweetest thing!

This petting zoo is at our local flower shop. While the boys petted, and ooed and ahhed mommy shopped a bit and decided on another Hydrangea in replace of a Rhododendron that didn't make the transplant from our previous home. I think Kevin, Karson, and Kipton was ready to make an offer on all of the animals and take them home with us. I am right there with them! They had the cutest miniature cow.

In between the rain storms we have been taking lots of walks, working around the house, fishing, and getting ready for this little guys 3rd birthday coming up. I can't believe he is almost 3!!

On this day we were going fishing at the bottom of my parents hill. You can see Karson going on down, but Kipton wanted me to hold him.

No way buddy, get to walkin! :)

I've got a "to-do" list a mile long, and I'm giving myself until Monday to finish.

Have a good weekend!
